Everything is attached to a felt backed for comfort and paired with a soft stretchy lace headband!
Headband measures 14” of a very stretchy material for approximately 4months and older babies and can stretch up to 20”.
For older children please measure your child head to have a better idea, keep in mind all headbands are of very elastic material.
